In 1948, Mr. Le Maréchal Joseph created the Le Maréchal agency, with a small shop on rue de la gare where he worked alone. He surveyed the city for a few years and participated in the construction of residences such as Les Chandeliers, Mirabeau, Le Parc, Marceau, etc.
In 1988, Mr and Mrs Le Maréchal Alain created the S.A.R.L. AGENCE LE MARECHAL which will settle at 11 rue de Paris with about ten employees. In 2013, Laurent, Rémi and Arnaud Le Maréchal took over the family business.
